This is a suit to have declared forfeited under its terms a certain mineral lease upon a portion of a 10-acre tract of land situated in Calcasieu parish. The claim of forfeiture is based upon the contention that the Vinton Petroleum Company, as assignee of the said lease, failed to comply with its essential stipulations for development of the property; that by express provisions thereof all rights to or in the undeveloped portions of the land...
