The city of Seattle, plaintiff, owns and operates a municipal street car system. The individual plaintiffs are employees of the city, in the department of public utilities, street railway division. The suit purports to be brought not only for the plaintiffs, but on behalf of others similarly situated, against the collector of internal revenue, and prays that the defendant Burns Poe, collector, and all persons claiming to act under his authority...
