The questions involved in these appeals arise upon petitions filed in the lower court for the removal of John Brosnan, Jr., as administrator of the estate of John Brosnan, Sr., deceased, for an accounting between the administrator and the estate, and for the recovery of claims alleged to be due to the estate, either immediately or ultimately, from certain of the defendants.
