This is a patent suit in the usual form, brought by appellee (hereafter called plaintiff) against appellant (hereafter called defendant), seeking an injunction and an accounting in damages. The patent involved is United States letters patent No. 1,313,412, issued August 19, 1919, to Emil V. Noser, for an improvement in locks for shift levers of automobiles.
