This is a suit at law by the plaintiff to recover royalties due it under a contract with defendants assigning to them certain inventions, which contract is set out at the foot of this opinion.

The defendants admit their liability for the royalties shown in their reports, amounting to $208,651.80 with interest at 6 per cent. from the date of the accrual of each of the items. Plaintiff accepts these reports as correct, and but for...
