This is an appeal from a decree of the lower court enjoining Blake Palm from removing a certain electric freight elevator, whether by legal process or otherwise, from its location in a certain building in the city of Washington; he being about to replevin the elevator under a conditional sale contract. The facts are stipulated by the parties.
