It is here upon an agreed statement of facts, from which it appears that the National Motors Corporation, a Delaware corporation having a manufacturing plant in Quincy, in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, known as the Murray & Tregurtha plant, for the manufacture of marine engines, being indebted, through some of its subsidiary...
