Robert G. Agee held five policies of insurance, issued by four different companies, insuring his life against death by accident. He died on July 19, 1922, and his administrator brought suit against each of the companies. The cases were consolidated for trial, and at the close of the evidence a verdict was directed in favor of the plaintiff, and from the judgments rendered on these verdicts this error proceeding has been prosecuted.
