This suit is brought for the cancellation of a real estate mortgage, covering the separate property of the plaintiff, a married woman. The defendant Federal Reserve Bank is the holder of the mortgage through assignment from defendant Bank of Hansen, to whom it was given. The evidence is thought to be insufficient on the one hand to sustain the charge of coercion, and upon the other hand to support defendants' contention of a consideration...
