This is a motion to dismiss the bill of complaint in an equity action, at the opening of the trial of the issues raised by the bill and the answer of defendant, on the ground that this court is without jurisdiction, for the reason that no diversity of citizenship exists, between all of the plaintiffs and the defendant.
