Charles F. Boyd Company, Inc., was adjudged bankrupt on August 20, 1920. The Director General on February 3, 1921, filed claims amounting to $2,213.70 for freight, storage, and demurrage accruing to the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company during federal control. Afterwards on February 27, 1922, the Director General by petition claimed priority over general creditors in the distribution of the assets. No point seems to have been made before the...
