This action was originally instituted in the Court of Chancery of New Jersey, and, on defendant's motion, removed to this court. The complainant therein is Maurice I. Klein, of Newark, N. J., who claims to be the owner of 25 shares of stock in the defendant corporation, and who brings a suit on behalf of himself and all other stockholders and creditors who may join him and contribute to the expenses of the litigation.
