This is a suit to restrain the alleged infringement by the defendant of three patents now owned by the plaintiff. The charge is the infringement of the following claims of patents: Wagner & Malocsay patent, No. 920,698, issued May 4, 1909, claims 22, 86, 87, 88, 96, and 97; Malocsay patent No. 1,261,832, issued April 9, 1918, claims 5 and 6; Malocsay patent, No. 1,403,046, issued January 10, 1922, claim 3.
