Plantiff in substance alleges that about October 1, 1920, there was consigned by Harris Bros., Chicago, Ill., to defendant T. J. Davis at Aurora, Iowa, 500 fence posts, weighing 7,000 pounds, which were transported by the defendant and delivered to the plaintiff on the 6th day of October, 1920...
