Plaintiff in error, Dave Weisman, one William F. Doering, and William Williamson were indicted in the United States District Court for the Eastern Division of the Eastern District of Missouri. Williamson was acquitted by the jury by direction of the court. Plaintiff in error and Doering were convicted on six counts of the indictment.
