These are applications for naturalization presented by aliens who, except for the objection urged as hereinafter noted, are conceded to be qualified for citizenship. The government, through the naturalization examiners, has objected in each case to the admission of the alien on the ground that, as a registrant and in filling out his questionnaire under the Draft Law, each of the applicants claimed exemption from military service on the ground...
