This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court dismissing the complainant's bill for the infringement of letters patent No. 981,111, issued January 10, 1911, on the ground that Andrew J. Cropp was the inventor of the concrete mixer of the Reed patent.

It relates to improvements in concrete mixers for mechanically mixing concrete, composed of crushed stone, sand, cement, and water, by the rotation of a cylindrical drum provided...
