This is an appeal from a decree awarding an injunction to abate a nuisance under the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1923, § 10138¼ et seq.). The defendants (appellants) urge several reasons why the bill should have been dismissed at the close of the trial, for failure to prove material allegations.
