In September, 1923, there arrived at the port of Philadelphia the appellees, Domenico Ceccoli, Marino Francesconi, Maria Branzetti, the latter's daughter, Giuseppina Giovagnoli, all natives of the republic of San Marino, and two minor children of Maria Branzetti, namely, Fernanda Giovagnoli and Norina Giovagnoli, who were born in Italy.
