This is an appeal from a dismissal after final hearing of a suit by the complainants, Mary C. H. Frenzer and Lucy C. Frenzer, against the defendants, the heirs at law of their brother, John N. Frenzer, who died intestate on August 12, 1921, to enforce specific performance of an alleged agreement of John N. Frenzer, made in August, 1912, to vest in the plaintiffs by deed or will the title to the north 44 feet of the south 66 feet of the west...
