The main question in this case is the extent of a mechanic's lien under the statutes of Arkansas upon the leasehold estates to prospect and operate for oil and gas upon the Rowland farm and the Baker farm in that state. The materials for which the lien is claimed consist of oil tanks, their appurtenances and fixtures erected or furnished by the American Tank Company, a corporation, at the request of the Midco Petroleum Company, another corporation...
