The writ of error in this case presents for review rulings of the district court below in the proceedings which resulted in the conviction of the defendant, Frank Grantello, of violations of the Harrison Anti-Narcotic Act (U. S. Comp. St. §§ 6287g, 6287h), under three counts of an indictment against him and his wife, Laura Grantello.
