This is a suit in equity brought under section 9 of the Act of October 6, 1917, known as Trading with the Enemy Act (Comp. St. 1918, Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1919, § 3115½e), to establish the title of plaintiff in and to 1,990 shares of the capital stock of Farbwerke-Hoechst Company, a New York corporation. The authorized and issued stock of the corporation is 2,000 shares of the par value of $100 each. A certificate No. 22 for 1,990 shares...
