Massie, decided this day, ante, 170, Ursula Ragland Erskine became entitled to receive from the Secretary of the Treasury the sum of $1,836.66. Long before that date she and the firm of Moyers and Consaul, attorneys, had entered into a contract for the prosecution of her claim against the Government...
