To establish a trust against the Texas & Pacific Company it is argued that the purpose of the Act of Congress of 1871 was to provide for the construction of a transcontinental railroad from Texas to San Diego, California, and from thence to San Francisco by another company, and that the Baton Rouge Company, the New Orleans Company...
