This was an action in ejectment to recover the possession of 317 acres of land in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. The defenses interposed were the general issue and that the cause of action did not accrue within ten years before the action was begun. A trial to the court without a jury resulted in a judgment for the plaintiffs, which was affirmed by the Supreme Court...
