To reverse a judgment of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin (134 Wisconsin, 565), affirming a judgment of the Circuit Court of Green Lake County, this writ of error is prosecuted.

The Berlin National Bank, doing business in the city of Berlin, Green Lake County, Wisconsin, being insolvent, its doors were closed by the Comptroller of the Currency on November 17, 1904...
