This action was brought by E.H. Rollins & Sons, a corporation of New Hampshire, to obtain a judgment against the Board of Commissioners of Gunnison County, Colorado, a municipal corporation of that State, for the amount of certain coupons of bonds issued by the defendant in 1882.
