Wade, as holders of fifty first-mortgage bonds of the Chicago, Springfield and St. Louis Railroad Company, on January 27, 1887, filed their bill in the United States Circuit Court for the Southern District of Illinois, for the purpose of enforcing a mortgage lien upon the property and railway of said company...
