This is an action at law, brought in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Missouri, by Herman Royer against The Schultz Belting Company, a Missouri corporation, for the infringement of letters patent No. 77,920, granted May 12, 1868, to Herman Royer and Louis Royer, as inventors, for "an improved machine for treating raw hide."
