The patents in question were based upon entries made under sections 2347, 2348, 2350 and 2352 of the Revised Statutes, which embody substantially provisions in an act of Congress approved March 3, 1873, entitled "An act to provide for the Sale of the Lands of the United States containing Coal." 17 Stat. 607-8, c. 279.
