These are five appeals taken in a suit in equity brought by Ashbel Green and William Bond, trustees, against the Chicago, Saginaw and Canada Railroad Company, in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Western District of Michigan, for the foreclosure of a mortgage executed to the plaintiffs upon the railroad of that company.
