This is an action of trespass to try title, brought by the appellant to recover from the appellees the possession of eleven leagues of land, situated in McLennan and Bosque counties, in Texas, on the west bank of the river Brazos, and granted by the government of Coahuila and Texas in December, 1828, to one Miguel Rabago.
