This is a suit in equity to set aside as fraudulent and void, as against the plaintiffs and other creditors of the defendant, William Miller, a deed of 920 acres of land in Atchison County, Missouri, executed by him and Mary Miller, his wife, to William L. Patterson, as trustee, to secure to her an alleged debt of $16,000. The deed bears date on the 10th of November, 1873...
