The Brooks Locomotive Works, on November 30, 1875, recovered a judgment against the Milwaukee and Northern Railway Company for the sum of $15,368.72, with interest and costs, in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Execution thereon having been returned not satisfied, and the judgment being otherwise unpaid and still in force...
