These appeals relate to the ownership of $103,000 in amount of certain bonds of the Pensacola and Georgia Railroad Company and the Tallahassee Railroad Company. For convenience they will be hereinafter referred to as "one hundred and three bonds." Many of the matters involved were under consideration by this court in State of Florida v. Anderson,
