James H. Edrington and J.T. Jefferson were partners in business at Memphis, Tennessee. Upon the dissolution of the firm, on or about the 19th of March, 1874, Edrington and his wife, who is the appellant in this case, conveyed certain lands in Arkansas, known as the Whitmore and Fain plantations, to John W. Jefferson...
