This is a suit in equity, brought by the appellant, in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Arkansas on the 2d day of May, 1879, to enjoin the execution of a judgment in ejectment recovered against him by the appellee at the then last April term of that court, for the possession of the west half and the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of sec. 30, T. 15 S., R. 28 E...
