In our effort for reducing or keeping the total mortgage payment about the same, we visited the HQ of OCWEN in West Palm Beach, Florida. After a long and detailed payment and escrow analysis, the officer in charge told us to pay $2,337.87 and requested to write a note with the check saying “PLEASE PERFORM A NEW ESCROW ANALYSIS ONCE THE $2,500 ARE DEPOSITED ON MY ESCROW ACCOUNT”; we gave them the same day a check for $2,500. The check was cashed. For our surprise and misfortune, they cashed the check but never performed the screw account. All the send monthly payments were considered short to a point when they tried to foreclose in our home. Every time we visited HQ and request an answer about this issue, we were told “not to worry because we can see where the problem is”. OCWEN was so unorganized to a point that the head (HQ) were not able to coordinate with the rest of the company. We also have an issue when OCWEN paid double for the same homeowner insurance. I hope justice
