I am a current student at intercoast in Rancho Cordova ca. And having several problems at the school. They are charging us on our financial aid room and board and transportation coast and we have no supply's for our medical assistant program and no heat in our class. Campus president keeps telling us we complain to much and her student services aid discriminated against me. They dont dispose of bio hazardous waste materials or the sharp containers in a timely matter. It takes them 4 months to dispose of it. We work with over size gloves when we do blood draws. Nothing is being done about this. We as students need help

A petition was filed against me for all contacts and visits to be removed from me seeing my son,i begged the court to investigate the matter to prove my innocense ,they chose not to instead they threatened me to sign over my rights that day cause if i come back trying to fight proving my innocense it will be too late because of the petition filed they have to terminate my rights to visits and all contacts,the judge told me that there are two roads before surrender or termination and if i didnt sign over my rights that day all contacts will be removed.i was severely under duress and severe opression.i love my son and would never willingly sign him over.in february 2019 of this year when i got invited to the foster moms home to visit him on his birthday i brought him a brand new ride on car fir his birthday it was a mazaratti for kids,unfortunately it was too small because he got taller .i never forgot my son i pray for him everyday and also the adopted parents that god will keep them

These violations occured with 4 differant " Mentors " who ALL violated D.O.T. regulations to keep me driving or off duty to take full advantage of their programs. These logs show time, date, truck #, location ext. and most important the editing done by these mentors before the H.O.S. information was submitted to Swift. On these documents, I have the initials of the mentor program who was pointing out what I was doing wrong. How do I move forward to see what can be done to prevent Swift from continuing these violations?

I had the same experience with my Pella windows and sliding doors, they all rotted out within 5 years of installation. I joined the original class action and never got a response. I think the attorneys are the only ones that benefited and robbed all of us. Based on my own inspection of the problem windows it was obvious to me the mistakes made by the company. I’m saying this with some knowledge as a Civil Engineer. I think the joke is on all of us!!!!!

Looks as though this was a decision made between him and the other counsel. Again, I NEVER requested ANY documents to be sealed. I pray the Judge contacts me personally to get my side of all this.
