Maria Morales has not only fabricated allegations to gain custody of my children but she made up her own so called facts with the apd officer's. When I asked my attorney to request the APD lapel cams to provide evidence on my behalf she refuses to do so. Im not the only mother going through this sadly many families face this torture because she and officers are still working together daily without punishment or even exposure of their evil ways. Why is this allowed? Why won't people like me be heard?

It was quite a dog and pony show, where I heard witnesses confess to using $60.00 a month in drugs. When ask where she worked admitted that she was a prostitute. I knew some of these witnesses. There was a SECURITY GUARD from RGH handling and reading patients’ medical records. HIPAA Who?? My brothers are rotting away in prison because nobody hears them. Shame on Justice, it truly is blind!

Was there audio on the video tape? It seems as if Akin's changed his story about what was said during the robbery/carjacking. What concrete evidence supports Batchelor is a gang member? The case seems as if there are holes in the prosecution. Everyone knows the cops do not care if they house rival gang members in the same cell and being there isn't any concrete evidence Batchelor is a gang member, how would that matter? Also, being that Akin's changed up his story about what was said during the robbery, seems as if he was coerced by law enforcement to make a case about gangs in Los Angeles. We need substantial evidence that Batchelor and Woo participated in this crime knowingly. Again it appears as if the prosecutors wanted to make the case about gangs, instead of Barksdale robbing/carjacking Akins. Also, if Akins is not a gang member then how would he know what the gang signs look like?

I was there the day Pat and Ralph Kilborn brought there newest member of there family, Robert, to the Ranch after his birth. I was on the membership boards for over 20 years, as were my wife and parents when they were alive, I was proud to be President of the ODMA for many years prior to my families departure including my last year serving as President in 2005. We moved out on May 10th 2010 and have not return. Our main reason for leaving was because of how the resort was being opperated and how unfair this all has been for Ronald Kilborn and all the members. If you have any questions on these matters, I will do my best to help in any way I can. All profits that were being made during our years with Robert & Rebecca Kilborn's ownership went into themselves and not the Ranch or to his brother. Part of the reason we moved.

I charged on Appeal that the District C. Erred by not addressing the fact that I was already link to defendants under a written contract. Kroshnyi v. US Pack Courier Services, Inc., 11-2789-cv (2d Cir. Nov. 4, 2014) and Festa v. Gilson, 183 AD2d 525[1st DEPT 1992; Maemone V. Koren-DiResta Constr. Co. 45 AD2 684 [1st Dept 1974] quoted in Nichols, Susanna v. SG Partners, INC. 2009. To be honest with you I have so many questions about the process. The Stare decisis was not follow in my case and I felt very disappointed.
