Also if you read the minutes in this case, the revised CJI instructions were never used. Guy Mangano instructed the jury "not to seek the truth" and allowed prosecution in the jury Chambers during deliberation because t Mr. Duncan was about to be aquitted of all charges. And since this judge used signals to the stenographer to purposely obmit testimonial evidence and comments during trial, she wasn't paying attention, so this is in the minutes. My father died last year and before my mother dies, who's been recently ill, I would hope and pray that the truth is finally known

This 18 year old was the most warm and loving guy you would ever meet. Beautiful and caring. My nephew. I must say this young woman that they killed had a new born baby and working to help the family and these guys had no problem killing instead of getting a job. So very sad, and also that my sister and her family have to go through this every time this monster is up for parole is absolutely sick. Take the key and throw it away.

Well, if this ruling is properly adhered to by the CDOC, it would appear that a considerable number of inmates would surely benefit from such determination. Was the CDOC afforded a time frame within which to calculate the plethora of inmate sentences that fit the Fetzer criteria. How would an individual inmate in the system have his sentencing term addressed in this manner? Thanks for your time... KP

I lived in the Village of Afton at the time of the incident that occurred at the Country Store on Maple Street in Afton. I vividly remember the arrest and trials that came out of that crime. I STRONGLY feel the Defendant should be denied Parole and fulfill the COMPLETE sentence for the crime he was duly found GUILTY of.

The DHR reports, detective rough notes sheriff office reports are not even Chasity Givens trial testimony there are two trial testimony and even those are different story this is wrong if you would read all reports and both trial transcripts you will see this.at least give him a new fair trial.His own attorney jom Byrd signed an affidavit saying he was ineffective very dad this state would do this to an Good innocent
