I was dooped as well. My husband and I agreed to the least expensive pool. They kept trying to get us to upgrade we said no. Then they tell us we can't get the pool we originally agreed to but not to worry we could get the upgraded pool for the same pmts same length oh time because we weren't being charged interest. Recently I found out I've been paying 15.9% interest and this pool is costing me over $30,000. I filed a complaint with BBB finally got my statement can't really understand how they're applying my pmts. But I can understand since 2015 only $3000 was applied to the pool. They yell at you threaten you talk to you disrespectfully and condo whatever they want because they put a lien on your home when you purchase the pool. I'm in desperate need to get l3gal counsel. We were deceived from day 1

Ineffective assistance of counsel. Look at Brooklyn er medical records while at mcc FBOP. Josh was denied electric for his CPAP Machine. FBOP was to issue a CPAP machine in 2018 or 2019 . We are in June if 2022. FBOP still has not issued a CPAP Machine. When Joshua received the covid. Their was no X-rays on his lungs to see how it has effected him. His breathing is effected. He gasps for air! Congestive heart failure while at MCC FBOP. Face fracture he suffered. Do to officers neglect. Their was a 3.5cm mass on left thyroid. Now in 2021 the mass is a 5 cm mass on left thyroid. Abuse is real physically mentally and medical. I do know this is a very bias case. My son is being victimized do to his developmental and intellectual disabilities! This young man has fallen through our corrupt criminal Justice system ! Mother and Advocate!COPPA is very out dated for todays modern world. Web sites and Parents who help their child falsify age , need to be held accountable!

Now for so many years iv dealt of understanding how to cope with this but coming from the son of this woman that was murdered in the most cruel way, yet the system seems to loose focus on the issue or simply make it as it was nothing my opinion I would like to know more on this case and how can I get all documents of this case

I was also held under stalking and harassment, i was never given a discovery and as well addressed this case to my attorney to which he stated was irrelevant to my case, I further explained I never threatened the individual directly or otherwise and was incarcerated in Tarrant county for 21 months and given 2 offers either accept the 10 yrs probation or 10 yrs TDC even after notifying my attorney that the Texas Supreme Courts held stalking unconstitutional.. Was never served a protective order prior to the stalking charge as the individual informs and had at all times my address to serve the protective order.. All these points were addressed to my attorney which he stated was irrelevant. Also notified the attorney that me and said individual had a conflict of interest into which a patent application was supposed to have been filed, and when addressed to the said complaintant ,he then filed the stalking charge when In all actuality I was searching for a form of arbitrary agreement .
