The landlords attorney for this case, Heiberger & Associates, were colluding with perpetrators that were part of a series of crimes to me dating back to 2008 and have been using questionable city employees to weave their way through my employers, neighbors, and places I frequent like my gym to cause an adverse environment. Its been diverted as solely a family problem. It is not. And its the New York County DA Prosecutors, not their investigative unit) who are in need to move forward, for the greater good of all New Yorkers, especially women. This issue is intended for others to form a false perception about me with the help of unsavory people that go along with these perpetrators. I cant do anything until the DA's office coordinates with Attorneys who I have talked to prosecute these city employees. Heiberger is responsible for reckless endangerment willingly colluding in these illegal act flushing it through Housing Court and broke many rules with Fair Housing along the way.

This is the first time I have seen this analysis. The trial took place over 4 years and then another almost five years for the appeals court decision. It was fortunate the first judge required plaintiffs to put up a $300,000 bond to proceed. The case really resolved around Harold Greenberg, now deceased, who wanted me to stay in NY and not move to Florida for health reasons. I also found out that Harold went behind my back to Bankers' Trust and borrowed money against Meteor's assets without my permission. I was also fortunate to have my cousin Edward Sadowsky of Tenzer, Greenblatt and Fallon take the case on a 40% win contingency basis. Life sometimes works out for the best and the good guys win sometimes.

What I want to know if this scum bag is still in jail. My father who was his early 80's at the time was also scammed out of some money. Luckily we caught on early in his game and I filed multiple complaints to as many agencies as I could find and thank goodness they listened. Everything that this scum bag said and did to all the other people was exactly what he told my dad, word for word. As a matter of fact my dads money was given to the Faerbers above for a 2nd trust deed loan. In the end scum bag returned a portion of my dads money but refused to return approx 18,000 because he said it was used for "his time" which states in his letter included marriage counseling... Seriously?? My mother had already passed away.. Please, please let me know if he is still in jail... Oh.. His wife swore repeatly that "he would never do anything illegal". I am sure she was in on his scam and reaped the benefits of everyone else's money... She also needs to be in prison!

The onslaught of a multi millionaire trying to take a HOME from a disabled individual continues. The jury selection for my eviction, the fourth one since 12-23-14, is scheduled for 11-16-17 and the trial is set for 12-11-17 thru 12-14-17. Another holiday season I will not be able to enjoy simply because a millionaire still wants more money! I pay $694 a month for rent and have since 2012 while other one bedroom apartments, prior to Paulie's deceit against our government, were $550 and now a one bedroom is leased for $1300!

I can see how you came to this verdict respectively but you did not know the defendant or the descendant! I knew them both Eberst was a bully to everyone who he came in contact with ! Desordi has children and a wife who he has been estranged from over the years! He doesn't deserve a life sentence !

Eberst attached Victor wrongfully ! I think this is a travesty of the justice system or lack there of
