This is an action by plaintiff for the alleged wrongful breach of a contract for the sale by plaintiff to defendant of 20 carloads of plywood. The contract was an installment contract as defined by ORS 72.6120 (1) (UCC 2-612(11)).1 The carloads of plywood were to be shipped by plaintiff to Gainesville, Georgia.
