Mr. Talal has made a mistake. Everyone, deserves a second chance. He is a very nice, quiet, helpful and respectful person. He is NOT a danger to the public. He would never hurt a fly. He is a family man, who has family values!! He is also a respectable and helpful neighbor. His kids are well-mannered children. Please set him free. So, his children can have their father back. Mr. Abbass is not and never will be a danger to the public. I am sure he has regrets. I hope the system can be reasonable and fair by releasing Mr. Abbass to his family and he can be on probation.

I stumbled upon this citation as I was looking for my fathers street address (Kenneth L Grandbouche). The sir name is uncommon and my father does not speak about family relations even when directly being asked about them, it is much like reading a redacted government document when your done you may not be certain what the question was! I was wondering if more information about this person was available to determine whether or not I am a close relative. And of course be the beneficiary of the massive estate that was put in limbo for over 20 years..! I am 51 and not even sure what my dads, father and mothers names are. This trial should had been annulled, by the courts due to the amount of erros made by the prosecutor and court. Moreover, how is possible to convict a man for some one else murder when in fact the other party admitted guilt willfully. Nonetheless, I see the state law regarding conspiracy to murder and the accomplice factor. However, it is unconstitutional and unethical to obscure the facts in order to obtain a conviction on poor bastard that of that is mentally challenged. The only posible reasoning that I can conclude by this injustice is an overzealous prosecutor trying to make a name for himself/herself and just pushing for many convictions as possible in order to obtain federal revenues for the correctional facilities in that particular for the state. Furthermore, by doing this type of kangaroo court convictions he/she will get an opportunity to run for office. In conclusion everything is about greed and fame isn't always the same thing with powerful people.

If I would of done what was being yelled at me... I would probably be in prison right now. A man his age knows right from wrong. Just got a notice Mar. 30,2020 First I heard of this. Had to Google it. And they claim they done a recalculation and it did not change past due payment amount. WHY DOESNT IT SAY WHAT THE HELL IS THAT PAYMENT AND WHEN. Now I have 30 days for appeal. How do I do that through who? Sounds like hogwash politics and they are avoiding the complete information so we know if that sounds right or go ahead and make an appeal.
