I believe the Appellant is the same officer that sexually assaulted me as a teenager runaway in 1983 or 84 on Westheimer. I had ran away from a group home. I went to police immediately and was told I failed a lie detector and they didnt believe me. I ultimately agreed to back track and was fed a new story to tell and they videoed my new story and I was released. He shouldve never been allowed back on streets with a badge if this is same officer which Im pretty sure it is. I was a chlid and nobody believed me or apparently cared. Just sad and I hope this guy has changed. He is a predator and dangerous. He had me under gun point and told the other people with me to "Go on" just like this case. I don't know...my own mother called me a liar so I was up against a wall. Hope they have changed the way they handle these allegations.

i am searching eyewitness identification cases due to it was 2 years before my son case ever went to trial here in Mecklenburg county and no in person line up or otherwise was ever conducted by his PD or either of the DA's working the case, nor did the victims ever describe my son in their original statements at the time the crime occurred. But on the 4th court appearance when trial begun the DA before calling the witness to the witness stand pulled on of the victims out of the court room into the hallway and showed the victim a face book profile picture of the side of my son face. and the victim then text message that same profile picture to another victim who had no idea who the actual defendants was. and during the questioning faze of the trial the DA reached each victim their original statement from the date of the incident and i have them all today. the victim could only describe my on face from the profile picture as long face and big lips. that is all he could see on the picture

I seriously hope on day you meet your final judgment and reside in the depth of hell.
