I recieved a letter from Bankers Life indicating the amount of interest and current balance of my Anuuity policy and the withdrawal fees that would be taken from the balance for withdrawals. Does that mean I now have access to my life's savings. I am 80 years old. I would like to know that before I die, I will be able to use the money I gave to Bankers Life for retiurement.

The person I talk to said that they could reopen case once a case been close. I spoke with the so-called Supervisor and she claim she would the account plus send me something in mail .I have not heard nothing or see nothing. Someone recently asked me why all of the articles refer to Rusk State Hospital when he was housed in the Skyview Unit for the Criminally Insane. I cannot answer why the press minimized his 10 years in a Texas Department Corrections Center (TDCC). I survived, by the grace of God. As I have aged, I have asked why so many like him were released by those 3 psychiatrists in the legal maneuvers they chose. Someone told me recently that was done because they were children, brothers and sisters of families in Texas. There are many non-public cases in many areas of the U.S.A., and the FBI will not release information to the public. The 4 cases they have with the most information to indict for the past 22 years are supposedly in the hands of the FBI having been turned over to them this year from the Van Zandt Sheriff's Office, and NV.
