This case is before this Court upon appeal of a final order of the Circuit Court of Boone County entered on March 24, 2011. In that order, the petitioner entered a conditional guilty plea to first degree robbery. His guilty plea was conditioned upon an appeal to this Court concerning the circuit court's August 31, 2010, order denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained during his arrest.
