¶ 1 At issue in this appeal is whether the circuit court erred in enforcing the parties' Marital Settlement Agreement ("the MSA"), eighteen years after their divorce, to require Glen Dickau ("Glen") to pay forty percent ("40%") of his disability benefit installments to his former wife, Georgianne Dickau ("Georgianne"). Specifically, the circuit court found that while the MSA required Glen to pay Georgianne 40% of his City of Milwaukee Employees Retirement...
